Gerardo’s x Vortex Ultra

Crafted by an Ultra Marathoner—for Ultra Marathoners.

At Gerardo’s Pizzeria, our food is always made with intention—and this spring, it’s fueled by something even greater: the spirit of the Vortex Ultra. Gerardo, our head chef and proud member of the Gerardo’s family, will be running the Vortex Ultra for the second year in a row. As an ultra marathoner himself, he understands exactly what runners need to fuel up right—and recover deliciously.

To celebrate the race and support the runners and trails of Sedona, we’ve created a limited-time carb-load menu available April 17–19, packed with bold flavor and high-quality ingredients.

Vortex Ultra Pizza

A soft-yet-crunchy crust topped with double-blanched homemade fries, creamy fresh mozzarella, sweet caramelized onions, and savory house-made fennel sausage. Finished with a drizzle of honey chili for the perfect kick.

Gerardo’s Vortex Spaghetti

House-made spaghetti tossed in a rich, slow-simmered tomato sauce and served with tender organic Mary's turkey meatballs.
