At this time, we do not offer gluten-free pizza.


However, many guests with gluten sensitivity (not celiac) find our pizza easier to digest. Our dough is naturally fermented for 72 hours, which helps break down gluten and makes it lighter on the stomach.


We use high-quality flour sourced from regenerative agriculture, supporting local farms whenever possible. All of our dough is made in-house with intention and care—this process is a big part of why many guests say they don’t feel bloated after eating our pizza.


We also offer a limited quantity of 100% sourdough dough.


No — we do not take reservations. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis.


No — we serve full pizzas only.


Each pizza is made fresh to order to ensure the highest quality and consistency.


We serve 12" individual-style wood-fired pizzas, crafted for one person to enjoy. At this time, we do not offer different sizes—each pizza is intentionally made this way to ensure the perfect balance of our signature soft and crunchy crust, sauce, and toppings in every bite.


As a small, family-run restaurant, we seat up to 8 guests per table.


Larger groups will be seated at multiple tables.

Bar seating is part of our waitlist system and is not open seating.


You are welcome to order drinks at the bar and enjoy them in the waiting area or on our back patio while you wait.


No — we offer takeout with pickup only.


When you call to place your order, please have your selections ready. Our team will provide you with a pickup time so your pizza is fresh and ready when you arrive.


Our tomato sauce is intentionally simple and traditional. We use premium whole plum tomatoes, sea salt, and no added sugar or fillers. It’s an authentic Italian-style sauce designed to complement our 72-hour fermented dough and house-made mozzarella.


We make our dough in-house using a simple, intentional process and high-quality ingredients.


Our dough is made with regenerative agriculture flour, water, natural sea salt, and baker’s yeast—finished with a touch of extra virgin olive oil at the end.


It’s carefully developed over time to create our signature soft and crunchy crust, with a focus on flavor, digestibility, and balance in every bite.
