At Gerardo’s Pizzeria, every pizza is made with soul

It starts with our flour — sourced from Shepherd’s Grain, where regenerative farming and healthy soil produce grain that’s better for the planet and better for you. From there, we let our dough rest and rise naturally for 72 hours, creating a crust that’s light, flavorful, and easy to digest.


We make our mozzarella fresh in-house every day. Our sauce is simple and honest — just whole plum tomatoes and sea salt. We drizzle only extra virgin olive oil, never blends or fillers. And we stay true to our Sicilian roots by sourcing many of our ingredients from nearby farms that care as much about quality as we do. This is pizza made with intention. No shortcuts. No compromise. Just the kind of food that feels as good as it tastes — rooted in tradition, and crafted with care.
