Full Time Position:
We are looking for an energetic pizza maker/cook who is willing to work and learn with our family staff! Our kitchen is driven on making Italian inspired dishes, both from the past and from today's Italy. We are looking for cooks/individuals passionate about food who are adaptable and willing to learn. The experience will teach you Italian-American and Sicilian cuisine and will give you the opportunity to help our restaurant develop our sustainability goals and initiatives. We have a Mugnaini Wood-fired pizza oven and all of the tools to make fresh pasta dough.
Past knowledge of working with a wood-fired oven is useful, but not necessary. Be able to work well with others and willing to learn all aspects of the kitchen, as our staff is cross-trained.
Apprenticeship:
If you are looking to enhance your culinary skills or start a new journey in the kitchen, we offer apprenticeship opportunities to learn all aspects of the back and front of the house. We offer 3 or 6 month stages, but are flexible in meeting the needs of the apprentice.
